关于我国农村卫生人力资源现状成因的分析——基于北京周边某县实地观察的研究
Reasons for Current Situation of Village Medical Human Resource in China——Based on Field Observation in a County near Beijing

Abstract
This paper analyzed the major influencing factors for the current situation of village medical human resource based on field observation and the analysis on interview data. It pointed out that the development of incentive mechanism has not yet perfect, that affected the rural health practitioners work enthusiasm, and made it hard to attract the rural health workers with the highest technical level and education background under the new rural cooperative medical system in China. Meanwhile, the village doctors'autonomy needed to be improved, and it also hindered the rural health workers to improve quantity and quality of medical service. In the present rural health policy, there are lots remain to be further perfected, the unique ethical constraint in rural gemeinschaft would play an important role in keeping the village doctor team.关键词
