Methods for Village Medical Human Resource Training in a Viewpoint of History
摘要
Abstract
This paper analyzed the history of village medical human resource training and its influence on rural medical practice based on based on field observation and the analysis on interview data. At the beginning of new China, the training system made the limited resources have a maximum effectiveness, and improved the rapid development of the rural health team. At present, the village medical human resource training can effectively improve the village doctors' knowledge accumulation, however, different to before, the practical technical training is still needed to be further perfected. In addition, our country rural health service development history shows that widely carrying out the traditional Chinese medicine training will be important for the rural health service accessibility and quality.关键词
