实习医学生开展医德教育干预模式的研究
Research on the Intervening Model of Medical Ethics Education in Intern Medical Students
摘要
Abstract
There are some problems in medical ethics education in medical students, which includes the relatively abstract theory, not enough attention being paid to medical ethics education by schools and hospitals, some clinical teachers' low quality, difficultly to determine the medical ethics appraisal standards and so forth. To strengthen medical ethics construction in intern medical students is an important content of the spiritual civilization construction. It is the requirement of establishing harmonious doctor - patient relationship, also the needs for sustainable development of medicine and the safety guarantee for the quality of medical treatment. In order to strengthen medical ethics education, it needs to clear medical ethics requirements in intern medical students; strictly select the clinical teachers; medical ethics appraisal system and the establishment of a social credit system should be combined ; make clear the rewards and punishment mechanism for medical ethics appraisal.关键词
