大蜜丸中5-羟甲基糠醛的定量控制研究
Study on Quantitative Control of 5-Hydroxymethyl Furfural in Big Honey Pills

Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the quantitative determination of 5 - hydroxymethyl furfural(5 - HMF) in Big Honey Pills in order to ensure its safety and standardize the honey refining process. Methods The C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) was used with the mobile phase of methanol - water (10 : 90), the detecting wavelength was 284 nm. Results The mass concentration of 5 - HMF in the range of 0. 200 4 - 200. 4 μg/mL showed the good linear relation with the peak area( r = 0. 999 1). The average recovery rate was 100. 93% ( n = 9). Conclusion The used method is simple and accurate, which can be used as the unified method of 5 - HMF quality control in Big Honey Pills and provides the basis for quality control of honey in Big Honey Pills.关键词
