Abstract
Objective To establish the methods of identification and content determination in Biyanling Tablet. Methods The TLC method was adopted to identify Radix Angelicae Dahuricae, Radix Scutellariae, Szechuan - fritillary Bulb and the HPLC method was used to determine the content of baicalin. The chromatographic column was Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm). The column temperature was 35 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 276 nm. The mobile phase was acetonitrile - 0. 2％ phosphoric acid solution (20 : 80). The flow rate was 1 mL/min and the sample size was 10 μL. The theoretical plate number according to the baicalin peak was not lower than 6 000. Results The TLC spots were fairly clear with good separationand without negative interference. The linear range of baicalin was 0.137 24-1.715 5 μg. The average recovery rate was 98.90％, RSD was 2. 33％ (n = 6). Conclusion The established standard is applicable for the quality control of Biyanling Tablet.关键词
