摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the prescription of Minocycline Dispersible Tablets and its preparation technology. Methods Using orthogonal method, with crumbling timelines, dispersible uniformity, dissolving degrees, etc. as the indicators, the prescriptions were screened and the quality evaluation was performed. Results The dispersible tablets could completely crumble within 90 s, all particles passed through the sieve II, the various indicators met the requirements of dispersible tablets. Conclusion The prescription of Minocycline Dispersible Tablets is feasible, and the preparation technology has the production practical.关键词
