摘要

Abstract

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of salicylic acid and benzoic acid in compound salicylic acid Tincture. Methods The separation was performed by adopting the Phenomenex Luna C18 column (150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) and with acetonitrile - tetrahydrofuran - glacial acetic acid - water (20 : 5 : 5 : 70) as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 231 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The calibration curve of salicylic acid and benzoic acid were linear within the range of 10.3-51.6 μg/mL( r =0. 999 6) and 20.0-100.0 μg/mL( r = 0.999 9),the RSD were 1.46% and 1.36% (n = 9) respectively. The average recovery rates were 101. 41%. Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,better specific and highly sensitive, and can simultaneously determine the contents of salicylic acid and benzoic acid in compound salicylic acid tincture.
