Abstract
Objective To optimize the preparation technology of hawthorn leaves flavonoids phospholipid complex. Methods With the comprehensive scores (appearance and recombination rate) of hawthorn leaves flavonoids phospholipid complex as the indicators and with the feed ratio,reactant's concentration,temperature and stirring time as the influence factors on the recombination rate,the orthogonal test of five factors and four levels was designed for systematically investigating the best preparation technology of hawthorn leaves flavonoids phospholipid complex. Results The influence degrees rank of the four factors was the feed ratio > the reactant concentration > the stirring time > the temperature. Conclusion The best preparation technology is as follows: the ratio of hawthorn leaves flavonoids to phospholipid is 1 : 2 with the reactant mass concentration of 40 g/L,the temperature of 60 ℃ and the stirring time of 1 h.关键词
