Abstract
Objective To analyze the situation of rational drag use after implementing the quality assessment in this hospital. Methods All the outpatient prescriptions and partial medical orders for inpatients from November 2009 to December 2010 were examined and verified with month as the unit. Results The prescription passing rate was steadily increased along with the increase of the outpatient prescription amount. The prescription pass rate was gradually increased and stabilized from 84. 1％ in November 2009 to 95.7％ in December 2010. The phenomena of irrational medication in the inpatient prescriptions were also greatly improved. Conclusion Implementing the quality assessment can improve the quality of outpatient prescriptions and increase the medication rationality to a large extent. But for promoting the clinical rational drug use radically, the emphasis lies in perfecting the national policies, uninterruptedly increasing the occupational qualities of the medical workers and the construction of medical ethics and style.关键词
