2008年至2010年我院口服降糖药使用分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the use situation of oral hypolycemic agents and the trend in our hospital to provide reference for rational drug use in clinic. Methods Oral hypolycemic agents used in our hospital during 2008-2010 were performed the statistical analysis in respect of consumption sum,DDDs and DDC,etc. by the defined daily dose(DDD) method. Results The consumption sum of oral hypolycemic agents in our hospital was increased continuously. The top 3 places on the list of consumption sum were acarbose, rosiglitazone and glimepiride. The top 3 hypolycemic agents in terms of DDDs were glimepiride, rosiglitazone and metformin. The lowest DDC was glipizide. Conclusion The use of oral hypolycemic agents is increased year by year and the use of metformin is less.关键词
