Abstract
Objective To establish a quality standard for Jinlong Pills. Methods Root trait identification was used for identification of Glycyrrhiza, The Stychnine was determinated by HPLC. Results Root trait method and TLC method showed strong specificity. Stychnine showed good linear relationship in between 0. 094 769 -0. 947 69 μg. The average recovery rate was 101.13%, RSD = 2. 21% ( n = 6). Conclusion The developes method is simple and accurate. It can be used for quality control for Jinlong Pills as a commodity.关键词
