摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the preparation technology of Compound Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Double - Deck Tablet. Methods The orthogonal design was adopted to screen the formula technology. The screened optimal formula was performed the verification and quality investigation. Results The tablet weight variation, dissolution rate, content and related substances of the samples were all in accordance with the corresponding requirements. The technology was rational and the quality was controllable. Conclusion The preparation technology of Compound Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Double - Deck Tablet is simple with stable quality and suitable for industrial production.关键词
