Simultaneous Determination of Narirutin, Hesperidin, Neohesperidin and Naringin in Bittet Orange from Different Habitats by HPLC

Abstract
Objective To establish a determination method of narirutin, hesperidin, neohesperidin and naringin in Bittet Orange by HPLC. Methods The HPLC method was adopted with the Venusil XBP C18 column (250 mm×4. 6 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 1% formic acid solution (gradient elution) with the flow rate of 1 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 283 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results Naringin was linear within 0. 5 - 5 μg, the correlation coefficient r = 0. 999 8, the average recovery rate was 98. 25%. Narirutin was linear within 0.08-2.01 μg.the correlation coefficient r = 0.999 8,the average recovery rate was 101. 17%. Hesperidin was linear within 0.06-1.2 μg,the correlation coefficient r = 0.999 9,the average recovery rate was 95.42%. Neohesperidin was linear within 0.09-4.82 μg,the correlation coefficient r = 0.999 7, the average recovery rate was 100.95%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reliable, which is suitable for the quality control of medicinal material Bittet Orange.关键词
