摘要

Abstract

Objective To provide a scientific basis for taking full advantage of resources and development of Radix Actinidiae chinensis. Methods With rutin as the reference substance, spectrophotometry was adopted to determine the total flavonoid content of Radix Actinidiae chinensis. Results The total flavonoid content was 6.99% in the samples 1,8.96% in the sample 2 and 1.27% in the sample 3, respectively. Conclusion The total flavonoid content in the cultivated Radix Actinidiae chinensis was more than that in the wild ones, which in the root is much greater than that in the stem above ground. The root and stem above ground of Radix Actinidiae chinensis are equally used in the Chinese medicine on the market,this current situation is worthy of being discussed further.
