Abstract
Objective To establish a method for the determination of andrographolide and dehyandrographolide in Fukeqianjin Dispersible Tablets. Methods By adopting the method of HPLC, the Shimadzu VP-ODS column (150 mm×4. 6 mm,5 μm) was used with the mobile phase of methanol - water(52 : 48). The detective wavelengths were 225 nm and 254 nm respectively. Results The linear ranges of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide were 0.200 4-2.040 0 μg and 0.117 2-0.702 4 μg respectively. Conclusion This methods is simple,rapid and sensitive with accurate detect results,which can be used as the effective method for controlling the quality of Fukeqianjin Dispersible Tablets.关键词
