Abstract
Objective To investigate the use situation of antibacterials in outpatients of our hospital for promoting rational drug use. Methods 265 384 outpatient prescriptions from September to December 2011 were extracted and performed the analysis on the antibacterial use situation and the evaluation on the medication rationality. Results Among those prescriptions, antibacterial prescriptions accounted for 16. 19%. The antibacterial combination use accounted for 16. 38% of the total antibacterial prescriptions. The frequency of antibacterial use was 63 007, involving 13 categories and 37 varieties. The top 3 places in the use frequency was cephalosporins, macrolides and fluoroquinolones, accounting for 45.75% ,24.52% and 12.45% respectively. The use frequencies of the non - restricted and restricted antibacterial agents were 54.13% and 45. 87% .respectively. The top 3 departments with the high proportion of antibacterial use were in turn respiratory, pediatric and stomatology departments. Conclusion The antibacterial use in outpatients of our hospital is basically rational,but some problems still exist and need to be improved.关键词
