Abstract
Objective To compare the effect and economy between domestic and imported famotidine tablets for treating non - erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease (NERD) . Methods 50 cases of NERD were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given with imported famotidine tablets + esomeprazole magnesium enteric - coated tablets + cisapride tablet, while the observation group with domestic famotidine tablets + esomeprazole magnesium enteric - coated tablets + cisapride tablet. Results In the observation group,the cure rate was 68.00% ,the effective rate was 28.00% ,the ineffective rate was 4.00% and the total effective rate was 96. 00%. In the control group, the cure rate was 72. 00% , effective rate was 20. 00%, the ineffective rate was 8.00% and the total effective rate was 92.00%. The difference of the curative efficacy between the two groups was not significant (P > 0.05). No significant adverse reactions were found in the two groups. The price of domestic famotidine tablets was lower than that of imported ones. Conclusion Domestic famotidine tablets combined with esomeprazole magnesium enteric - coated tablets and cisapride tablet is safe, economic and practical with reliable effect for treating NERD.关键词
