摘要
Abstract
Objective To determine the content of synephrine by RP - HPLC in Xiangshayangwei Pills. Methods The determination was carried out with Symmetry C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of CH3CN - CH3OH - 0. 1% HAc( 15 : 30 : 55). The flow rate was 1 mL/min and the detective wavelength was at 224 nm. Results The linear concentration ranges of synephrine were 5. 05 -25. 38μg/mL. The average recoveries was 98.47% RSD was 0. 55%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate and can be used to control the quality of Xiangshayangwer Pills.关键词
