摘要
Abstract
Objective To study optimum inclusion process conditions for volatile oil in Jiuguile Keli. Methods The L9(34) orthogonal test was used on optimizing the best process to the utilization ratio of volatile oil, the yield ratio and oil - bearing rate of inclusion compound as the evaluation index. Results The optimum preparation conditions for inclusion were established as oil :β - CD = 1 : 6, the inclusion temperature was 45 ℃ , the inclusion time was 1.5 h. Conclusion This process is feasible, and repeatability, suitable for industrial production.关键词
