Abstract
Objective To summary the nursing experience of nitroglycerin(NTG) on post - ERCP pancreatitis (PEP) and hyper - amylasemia. Methods The adverse effects of NTG were observed during the prevention of NTG on PEP, and the corresponding nursing interventions were applied to mitigate the adverse effects. Results The common adverse effects of NTG in the prevention of PEP included hypotension(60. 81% ) and headache(16. 22% ), the rare included phlebitis(2. 70% ). Corresponding nursing interventions could mitigate the adverse effects. Conclusion Medication care of NTG must be strengthened after ERCP.关键词
