摘要

Abstract

Proteomics technology is applied to explain the occurrence, development and prognosis of a disease though the research at the protein level. This technology has been used in the study of rheumatoid arthritis ( RA) . A number of studies have confirmed that calgranulin A was related to local inflammation on RA synovium and may participate in the pathogenesis of RA. Combining surface enhanced laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry technology and statistical methods can create a decision tree of predictive model for diagnosis.
