息肉样脉络膜血管病变的频域光相干断层扫描图像特征分析
Main Features of Polypoidal Choroidal Vasculopathy by Spectral-domain Optical Coherence Tomography
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) findings in eyes with polypoirlal choroidal vasculopathy (PCV). [Methods] This observation recruited 106 eyes of 95 PCV patients confirmed by fundus photography, fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) and indocyanine green angiography (ICGA). Main manifestations and signs on OCT were analyzed. [Results] Massive hemorrhagic pigment epithelial detachment (mhPED) with/without massive subretinal hemorrhage (MSH) was shown in 18 of 106 eyes (16.98%) with PCV on SD-OCT. In the 98 eyes without mhPED/MSH, double-layer sign (DLS) was detected in 78 eyes (79.59%), local pigment epithelial detachment (PED) was present in 71 eyes (72.45%), 42 eyes (42.86%) had thumb-like polyps (TLP), subretinal fluid (SRF) and intra-retinal fluid (IRF) were seen in 65 eyes (66.33%) and 20 eyes (20.41%) respectively, local subretinal hemorrhage (SRH) was detected in 29 eyes (29.59%). [Conclusion]DLS, PED, TLP, SRF, and SRH, are the main OCT signs of PCV on SD-OCT, while DLS and PED are the most common ones.关键词
