昆明山海棠根皮化学成分研究
Study on Chemical Constituents from the Root Bark of Tripterygium hypoglaucum

Abstract
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the root bark of Tripterygium hypoglaucum. Methods: Column chroma-tography was used to separate the chemical constituents. The structures were determined by application of spectroscopic (NMR,MS) and chemical methods. Results: Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as 4'-O-( - ) methylepigallocatechin ( 1 ) , 3,4-dim-ethoxyphenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (2) ,3 ,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (3) , (2R,3R)-3 ,5 ,7 ,3' ,5'-pentahydroxyflavan (4) ,2-O-deacetyleuonine (5) ,tripfordine C (6) ,peritassine A (7) ,hypoglaunine C (8) ,wilfortrine (9) ,wilforgine (10) and wilfor-dine (11). Conclusion: Compounds 1 ~ 6 are isolated from this plant for the first time.关键词
