从概念隐喻角度探讨《金匮要略》黄汗病病因病机
Discussion on Etiology and Pathogenesis of Yellow Sweat Disease in "Golden Chamber" from the Perspective of Conceptual Metaphor
摘要
Abstract
Conceptual metaphor is a systematic way of humans thinking, behavior and expressing ideas in Cognitive Linguistics , which is based on embodied experientialism. This paper tries to discuss the etiology and pathogenesis of Yellow Sweat Disease in " Golden Chamber" from the perspective of conceptual metaphor. It is thought that the ancients' cognition of etiology and pathogenesis of Yellow Sweat Disease have mainly come from the experience of observation of patient 's body and clinical experience. In description of its cause, it used "container metaphor" and "conduct metaphor" in "real metaphor" type. Our ancestors used means of conceptual metaphor in order to obtain knowledge of diseases based on body experience. Through this study, we have not only better understood the etiology and pathogenesis of Yellow Sweat Disease, but also proved that the language of Chinese Medicine is built on the basis of cognitive metaphor; the Chinese medicine theory is a kind of theory of interpretation that is formed by body perception.关键词
