祛胰抵方对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠IL-6的影响
Effect of Quyidi Prescription on IL-6 of Insulin Resistance of Type Ⅱ Diabetes Mellitus Rats

Abstract
Objective: Through the observation of the effect of Quyidi Prescription on IL - 6 of insulin resistance in type II diabetes mellitus rats to explore the possible mechanism of improving insulin resistance. Methods: 10 male Wistar rats were randomly selected from 80 rats as the control group with normal feeding, and the rest experimental group was fed by high fat forage. Four weeks after the experimental group STZ (30mg/kg) one -time intraperitoneal injection method to establish insulin resistance of type II diabetes in the rat models. 60 model rats according to random number table as low concentration group of traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine group of medium concentration, high concentration of traditional Chinese medicine group, western medicine group, model group. Each group was treated for three months. Before treatment and after treatment,test FPG,FINS,IL -6. Insulin sensitivity index(ISI)was used to evaluate the degree of insulin resistance . Results:In traditional Chinese medicine group of medium concentration,high concentration of traditional Chinese medicine group, western medicine group of FPG, FINS, IL - 6, after treatment compared with the model group. ISI was escalated compared with the model group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) ;But the contrast between the three groups, the difference was not statistically significant(P >0. 05). Conclusion : Quyidi Prescription can improve the insulin resistance of type II diabetes rats with insulin resistance and decrease the level of IL -6.关键词
