综合主成分分析用于中药三棱质量评价
Quality Assessment of Chinese Herb Sparganii Rhizoma with Principal Component Analysis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To establish methods of evaluating the quality of Sparganii Rhizoma. Methods:The principal components , similarity, cluster analysis were applied to analyze HPLC fingerprint of Sparganii Rhizoma samples from ten different locality of growth , including Mount huang ( Anhui Province) , Chaohu( Anhui Province) , Jinhua(Zhejiang Province) , Dyang( Zhejiang Province) , Shishou( Hubei Province) , Yueyang( Hunan Province) , Xinyu( Jiangxi Province) , Nanjing (Jiangsu Province) , Zhengzhou (Henan Province) ,Xinxiang( Henan Province). Results: The fingerprint chroma-tograph of ten samples showed good similarity between 0. 834 and 0. 992. Four principal components which accounted for 89. 29% of total variance were extracted from the original data. The first factor accounted for 40. 1% of the total variance. The results of cluster analysis showed that wild samples were clustered reasonably into one group. Their growing environment was similar. Conlusion: The principal components analyses can be used for quality evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine Sparganii Rhizoma.关键词
