摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the expression of ANGPTL-1 gene, collagen and hyaluronic acid (HA) in skin fibroblast of aging mouse tail in vitro. Methods Primary mouse skin fibroblasts were collected in young and old mouse group. RT-PCR was used to measure expression of collagen and hyaluronic acid. Results RT-PCR assay showed that the express of ANGPTL1 is higher in young group than in older group. There was significant difference between 2 groups (P<0.01). Conclusion ANGPTL-1 may be used as an effective factor to delay skin aging.关键词
