摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore and evaluate the effects of facial hypertrophic port-wine-stain and protrusion deformity of upper lip skin. Methods Form march 2003 to October 2011, 89 cases were treated. The compound correction included facial and upper lip were treated by 595 nm super pulsed dye laser, deep upper lip was injected by PYM part of upper lip and protrusion lip mucosa were resected. Results One operation was performed in 39 cases, 2 operations were performed in 31 cases, resection of face and upper lip PWS with split thickness skin graft was performed in 29 cases. Upper lip skin and partial lip mucosa were resected 3-6 months later. The healing of first intension and good shape were obtained in 89 cases. Conclusion Resection of upper lip protrusion deformity can enhance the effects of laser and obtain more cosmetic appearance.关键词
