热挤压粉末冶金SiCp/Al中SiC分布及运动规律研究
Research on Distribution and Movement of SiC Particles in P/M SiCp/Al Composite

Abstract
The distribution and motion of SiC particles in the PM SiCp/7090Al composite billet during hot extrusion were investigated. The results show that the more uniform the distribution of SiC particles in the PM billet, the more uniform of SiC particles in the as-extruded rod. There is still an order and directional distribution of SiC particles in the longitudinal direction. With a small extrusion ratio of 11, many obvious interfaces exist between powder in the as-extruded rod. Metallurgical interfaces are achieved with the extrusion ratio of 17. The ambient ultimate tensile strength increases from 363 MPa to 493 MPa with the increase of the extrusion ratio from 11 to 39.关键词
