摘要
Abstract
According to the abnormal change of resistivity of Bi2Te3 melts, the correlation between the thermal history of melts and the solidification behavior was discussed. The results show that some anomalous changes of resistivity of Bi2Te3 melt can be found in the temperature range of 686~707 ℃, which makes solidification undercooling degrees and latent heat increase and solidification structure refine. This indicates that the ideal solidification structure can be obtained by controlling thermal history of melts.关键词
