摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The paper was to study the tissue culture and rapid propagation of Tetradium ruticarpum. [Method] Using the tender
leaf from female plant of Tetradium ruticarpum as explants, the effects of different plant growth regulator and concentration on the induction,
proliferation, rooting culture were studied. [ Result] The appropriate adventitious bud inducing medium of Tetradium ruticarpum was MS + 1. 0
mg/L BA +0. 3 mg/L NAA, the inductivity was 74.4% , and the seedling was normal and had no vitrification phenomenon. The best medium
for proliferation was MS +2.0 mg/L BA +0. 1 mg/L KT +0. 3 mg/L NAA, the propagation coefficient was 4. 61. The rooting rate could reach
to 86% by using 1/2MS +2.0 mg/L NAA as rooting medium, the average rooting number was 5.4. [Conclusion] This study established the
Tetradium ruticarpum rapid propagation system, and provided technical support for the industrial seedling production of its excellent female
