摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To explore the effects of VB1 on the cells growth of Dunaliella salina. [Method] D. Salina were cultured in medium containing different concentration of VB1 to explore VB1 effects on the pigments production and cells growth and protein accumulation of D. Salina. [Result] The results showed that the VB1 had improved effect. In other words, product of β-carotene and chlorophyll a and b was increased , the level of cell reproduction was quickened, protein accumulation was increased. [ Conclusion ] VB1 can improve cells growth of D. Salina.关键词
