Abstract
135 one-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into three groups (A, B, C) , with three replicates each group and 15 birds each replicates. Group A was the negative control, feeding the basal diet. Group B was the positive control, adding 50 mg/kg roxarsone and 750 mg/kg 10% chlortetracycline to diet. Group C was the experiment, adding 200mg/kg allicin to diet. Effects of allicin on performance and immunization of broilers were studied. The results showed that: Compared with control A, body weight, daily gain and survival rate of broilers at 21 days old and 42 days old were significantly increased after adding allicin to the basal diet( P < 0.01) , and feed efficiency at 21 days old was significantly risen ( P < 0. 05) but the increase at 42 days old wasn' t significant in feed efficiency, and the intake of broilers at 42 day-old was significantly increased contrast to group A(P<0. 01). Compared with antibiotic group, body weight and daily gain of broilers at 21 day-old were significantly risen after adding allicin to the basal diet(P<0.05) , but the difference wasn't significant in body weight, daily gain and feed efficiency at 42 day-old contrast to group B (P > 0.05). Compared with control group, the thymas index and serun antibody titres to ND in adding allicin to the basal diet were significantly enhanced (P < 0. 05) , but the law pouh index and the splean index dropped slightly (P >0. 05). The thymas index and serun antibody titres to ND in allicin also were enhanced contrast to group B, but the difference wasn't significant. The results indicated that allicin could stimulate growth of broilers and enhance immunization of broilers, and it could replace antibiotics in raising broilers.关键词
