中草药烟用添加剂急性毒性的研究

摘要
Abstract
[ Objective] To study the acute toxicity of Chinese herbal medical tobacco additive. [ Method] Test of the maximum tolerance dose ( MTD) was used, mice were fed the maximum concentration of the herbal medicine 1.5 g/ml, and the maximum volume 40 ml/kg respectively. The acute toxicity reaction and death of mice after for 14 days were observed. [ Result] Activity state of the mice was well and mice were not appear by-effect and death. Maximal tolerance of experimental mice to the maximum concentration of the herbal medicine 60 g/kg, that was about 240 times as many as the recommended dose in clinic. LD50 cannt be determined for the limitation of drug concentration and delivery capacity. [Conclusion] The experiment showed that the Chinese herbal medical tobacco additve has lower toxicity and good security.关键词
