摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To optimize the extraction technique for crude polysaccharide from Amaranthus retroflexus. [Method] By using orthogonal experiment, with the extraction rate of crude polysaccharide as index, the solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction times were optimized. [ Result] The order of the influencing factors was as follows: extraction time > extraction times > solid-liquid ratio. The optimum extraction technique was A1B2C3, namely solid-liquid ratio 1: 10 g/ml, extraction time 2 h, extraction times 3 , the yield of crude polysaccharide from Amaranthus retroflexus was 2. 102% under the above conditions. [ Conclusion] The optimized extraction technology of the experiment is simple, stable, economic and feasible.
