Analysis and Prediction of Construction Land Demand in Xinhe County
摘要
Abstract
Based on the data of construction land use from 1996 to 2008 in Xinhe County, the dynamic changes of construction land use in the past twelve years were analyzed, gray forecasting model was used to predict the changing of construction land demand in the next decade, which will provide scientific basis for the relevant departments strengthening macroeconomic control, properly applying for construction land, guaranteeing national, Xinjiang key projects land, promoting urbanization development.关键词
