少数民族地区农村教师流动影响因素的实证分析
Empirical Analysis of Impact Factors of Rural Teachers Flow in Minority Areas
摘要
Abstract
Based on interview material and questionnaire investigation data of education department, leaders and teachers in 4 minority assembly areas of Yunnan Province, the general situation of teachers and factors on rural teachers flow were elaborated; selecting suitable variables by referring to research achievements and combining with actual situation in minority areas, a duality Logistic model was established; finally, an regression analysis was carried out on factors for rural teachers flow by using SPSS 17.0 software. The results showed that, in teachers individual characteristics, age, different category school, teaching ages have significant effects on teachers' flow willing; sex, nationality, educational background, technical title have no obvious effects; in school situation, transportation means, time for go to school and school district have significant effects; in job mobility situation, working time, mobility times, work places after mobility have no significant effects on teachers' flow willing.关键词
