介绍了在师范生微格教学采用的一系列改进措施,即以学生互相观摩教学、互评教案和教学、抓住重难点、少量多次等方法改进微格技能训练方式,提高教学技能的一些体会,取得了较好的训练效果.
Several improvement countermeasures in microteaching of normal school students were introduced, such as students observe and learn each other, peer review teaching plan, grasp the heavy difficulty, small quantity with more times, as well as experience of improving teaching skills, which obtained better training effect.
