Research Progress on the DNA Barcoding of Porphyra
摘要
Abstract
The progress of DNA barcoding as a new taxonomic technology was reviewed, the advantages and disadvantages were introduced by comparing with the traditional taxonomy, as well as the application status in the macroalgae. The suitability and effectiveness of DNA barcoding as a new method for the quick classification and identification of genus Porphyra were summarized.关键词
