Effects of Cultivation Practices on Yield and Its Components of A New Wheat(Triticum aestivum L.) Cultivar Shaanmai 159
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]The aim was to discuss a new wheat cultivar Shaanmai 159 s suitable sowing time and planting density. [ Method] A field experiment two duplicate5 x 5 designs was conducted to study the effects of sowing time and planting density on the yield and its components of a new wheat cultivar Shaanmai 159. [ Result] The results showed that the yield of Shaanmai 159 could up to 7 500 kg/hm when sowing period was in early October and the sowing seed is 115.5 kg/hm . The sowing time and seedling density had the greatest effects on spike number, the second on grain number per ear, and the smallest on 1 000-kemel weight of Shaanmai 159. [ Conclusion] The suitable combination of sowing time and seedling density is favorable for the yield increase of wheat cultivar. And the study provides a scientifical cultivation basis for realizing Shaanmai 159s high and stable yield in production.关键词
