江浙地区披针叶八角植物遗传多样性及ITS序列的分析
Analysis of Genetic Diversity and ITS Sequence of Illiciaceme lanceolatum in Jiangsu and Zhejiang area
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To explore genetic diversity of Illiciaceme lanceolatum in gene level. [ Method] The internal transcribed spacer (ITS) sequences of ribosomal DNA were cloned by using 12 different type plants of Illiciaceme lanceolatum in Jiangsu and Zhejiang area as materials, and sequence analysis of related software were analyzed. [ Result] The results showed that the morphologies of tested plants could be divided into 12 types. The length of ITS ranged from 634 to 637 bp and the sequence divergence values was from 0% to 2.4%. Six potential informative sites in ITS1 and ITS2. According to the clustering analysis results, the ITS sequence of five kinds of materials in two groups were identical , yet being some differences in their biological characteristics. [ Conclusion] ITS sequence homology and plant fecundity has a certain correlation , but it was not suitable for the plants of Illicium laceolatum in the intraspecific classification standards based on the ITS sequence divergence values.关键词
