我国部分大中城市蔬菜中重金属污染状况分析

Abstract
Heavy metal pollution in vegetables were evaluated and ordered in ten cities including Guangzhou, Luoyang, Lasa, etc. The results showed that comprehensive pollution index range is 1.380 -13.590, the order of each city comprehensive pollution index is Tianjin > Lasa > Xi an > Chengdu > Guangzhou > Shenyang > Pudong > Huizhou > Shanghai > Luoyang > Changsha City, various elements of heavy metal contamination degree sequence: Cd > As > Pb > Cr > Ni > Hg > Cu > Zn, vegetables pollution contamination degree sequence: Leaf-vegetables > rhizome > melons and beans. The study has significance for guiding vegetable production and guaranteeing food safety.关键词
