盐胁迫对柳枝稷种子发芽特性的影响
Effects of Salt Stress on Seed Germination of Switchgrass (Panicum virgatum)
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to provide experimental basis for the cultivation of switchgrass in coastal saline soil. [Method] Germination response, embryonic root and embryonic bud ratio of Switchgrass treated with sodium chloride and natural mixed salt solutions were studied. [Result] Irrigation with salt solution lower than 3 g/L had no effects on the germination of switchgrass. With salinity increasing, the germination rate decreased gradually. At the same time, germination process was retarded by high concentration of the salt sharply. The embryonic bud had different response to the salt concentration, and the higher salt concentrations had more influence on the embryonic root. [Conclusion] The study could offer the reference data for the seed germination of switchgrass and salt tolerance identification of seedling.关键词
