摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To synthesis the metabolite of furazolidone and determine the coupling ratio of hapten. [Method] AOZ after carboxyl modification was coupled to HSA via an acid anhydride action. The result was confirmed by using UV spectrum analysis and the coupling ratio of small molecular antigen and carrier protein was determined. [Result] AOZ, the metabolite of furazolidone, had been successfully synthesised, and it was coupled with HSA after carboxyl modification. The coupling ratio was identified as 1:4 after determination. [Conclusion] UV spectrum analysis is simple and reliabile way to determine the coupling ratio of small molecular antigen.
