角碱蓬液泡膜Na+/H+逆向转运蛋白基因克隆及表达载体的构建
Clone of Tonoplast Na+/H+ Antiporter Gene and Construction of Its Expression Vectors in Suaeda corniculata

Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to clone the tonoplast Na+/H+ antiporter gene ( ScNHX1) and construct its expression vectors in Suaeda corniculata. [Method] Using S. corniculata treated by 400 mmol/L NaCl as materials, the ScNHX1 was cloned by RT-PCR technology, and the ScNHX1 was connected to the pCAMBIA1302 vector by enzyme digestion and connection methods. [Result] The ScNHX1 was cloned successfully in the test, and the gene fragment size was 1 617 bp. The expression vector pCAMBIA-ScNHX1 containing this gene was also constructed successfully. [Conclusion] This study provided foundation for the breeding of salt-tolerant transgenic plants.关键词
