三种不同栽培类型白芷同工酶分析
Isozyme Analysis of Cultivated Angelicae dahuricae in Three Different Types

Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to analyse the isozyme of three different types of cultivated Angelicae dahuricae. [Method] The peroxi-dase (POD) and esterase (EST) isozyme of three different types (phenotypes) of A. dahuricae was analyzed by the vertical slab polyacrylam-ide gel electrophoresis technique, and according to the analysis results, the genetic relationship of them was analyzed. [Result] A total of 15 POD and 12 EST bands were received in the test, and 7 POD and 6 EST bands of which were common characteristic bands; the cluster analysis showed that, A. dahurica plants in three different types varied significantly with each other. [Conclusion] This study provided reliable and rapid physiological and biochemical index for the breeding of A. dahurica.关键词
