不同土壤和光照条件对红蓝石蒜生长及光合特性的影响
Effects of Soil and Light Intensity on Growth and Photosynthesis of Lycoris haywardii

Abstract
[Objective] In order to reveal the most suitable soil and light intensity of Lycoris haywardii, the effects of soil and light intensity on growth and photosynthesis of Lycoris haywardii were researched, to provide a basis and reference for its cultivation in a large scale. [Method] The effects of different soil and light intensity on the growth mass, such as leaves number, leaves length, bulbs wet weight, and the parameters of response curve to light, were studied by a two-factor design experiment of three different soil [sandy soil, sandy soil and peaty soil ratio 3: 1 (the upper layer 30 cm was sandy soil, and the underlayer 10 cm was peaty soil), the mixture soil of garden soil and peaty soil 5:4] and light intensity application levels(93% , 70% , 0% shading). [Result] The results showed that the average leaf number and length, fresh bulb weight and light response parameters had significant difference under different treatments. The more soil nutrients and light intensity the more leaf numbers had. However, appropriate soil nutrient improved leaf length and fresh bulb weight, while shading enhanced leaf length and sufficient light increased fresh bulb weight. More soil nutrient boosted Pmax and LSP, meanwhile, appropriate soil nutrient improved NAQY and LOP. Shading depressed LSP, and promoted LCP, NAQY and Pmax. The interaction of two factors had significant effect as well (except leaf length) , and the light intensity had bigger effects. [Conclusion] Lycoris haywardii is a light-tolerance plant at its growing season, so in order to improve its production appropriate nutrients and light are needed.关键词
