Effect of Purine Nucleoside Nuclear Maturation Inhibitors on Oocyte Maturation in vitro of Yanbian Dairy Goat
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to improve the maturation rate of oocyte in vitro and its subsequent development. [Method] With Yanbian dairy goat as test object,the collected oocytes by OPU was used as materials. Nuclear maturation inhibitors HX and IBMX were used in maturation and culture in vitro. The effects of purine nucleoside nuclear maturation inhibitors on the maturation of oocyte in vitro were studied. [Result] All concentrations of HX and IBMX could effectively maintain oocytes in GV stage and showed a gradual increase with the dose. The optimum concentrations of HX and IBMX for the oocyte maturation of Yanbian dairy goat were 2 and 0.2 mmol/L respectively. [Conclusion] The research could provide stable sources of mature oocytes for the gene transfer and somatic cell cloning tests.关键词
