林下食用菌栽培菌种的筛选
The Screening of the Stains of Edible Fungus Cultivated under Forest
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The edible fungus which are suitable for cultivating under forest were isolated. [Method] With cotton seed hulls, sawdust, wheat bran, wheat straw as main materials, 9 species of edible fungus were cultivated under indoor and outdoor forest, the suitable edible fungus were selected. [Result] The yield, biological efficiency and economic benefit of Agrocybe aegerila were all maximum, and those of Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus cornucopiae took second place. [Conclusion] Based on the yields , economic benefits and difficulties of cultivating , the edible fungus which are suitable for cultivating under forest are A. aegerila, P. ostreatus and P. cornucopiae.关键词
