牛大力多糖含量的测定
Determination of Polysaccharide Content in Millettia speciosa Champ
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The polysaccharide content of Millettia speciosa Champ, was determined to provide the data for anti-fatigue research. [Method] Phenol-sulfuric acid method was used to determine the content of polysaccharide in M. speciosa. [Result] The method had good linearity in the concentration of 1 -9 μg/ml. The stability and precision were also good. The recovery rate was 103.4%. The total amount of polysaccharides in M. speciosa was 62.3% . [Conclusion] The polysaccharides of M. speciosa maybe one of components of anti-fatigue activity and is worth for further study.关键词
